One crew. Start to finish.

Most backyard projects turn into a coordination headache: one company for the pad, another for the structure, another for landscaping. We handle it all. Site prep, foundation, the build, and the yard work around it when we are done. You make one call. We take it from there.

How it works

From idea to your favorite spot on the property.

Step 1

The conversation.

Tell us what you need. A place to garden? A spot for your tools? Somewhere to keep chickens? A shed that fits your property? Start there. We will handle the rest.

Call, email, or send us a message through the site. We get back to you within a day.

Step 2

The site visit.

We come to your property, walk your yard, and talk through the project in person. We look at where the structure goes, how you get to it, what the ground looks like, and what site work the project needs. We have done this hundreds of times and we will give you an honest assessment of what is involved.

This visit is free. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes. No sales pitch, no pressure.

Step 3

Your quote.

You get a detailed proposal that covers what you are getting and what it costs. No vague estimates, no surprise line items later. If your project includes site clearing, a crushed granite pad, a concrete foundation, or finish landscaping, each piece is broken out so you know where your money goes.

If your project needs a building permit (in Boulder County, structures over 120 square feet typically require one), we will walk you through what is required. The homeowner handles the permit application, but we will make sure you know what to do.

Step 4

The build.

Your structure goes up. Depending on your project, that is any combination of site clearing, grading, foundation work, framing, roofing, siding, doors, windows, and interior finishing.

Our crew does the work on-site. You are welcome to check in, ask questions, or watch the progress. Most people do.

Step 5

The finished yard.

When the structure is done, we clean up the work area. If you want landscaping around the structure, we handle that too: grading, pathways, soil, seed or sod. We have been doing landscape work across the Front Range for decades. The goal is a finished project that looks like it has always been part of your property.

timeline

How long does it take?

Custom projects typically take 2 to 4 weeks from start to finish, depending on size and scope. We give you a timeline upfront and keep you in the loop throughout.

Why it works this way

One team. One timeline. One phone number.

Most shed builders hand you a structure and walk away. We come from landscape construction. We finish the job.

No coordination on your end.

You are not chasing down three different contractors to get the pad poured, the shed built, and the yard cleaned up. We handle the sequencing so the project moves without gaps.

One team, start to finish.

You always know who is on your property and who to call with a question. The crew that walks your yard on day one is the same crew that finishes the project.

The yard looks finished.

When we leave, your property looks better than when we showed up. Grading, soil, seed or sod, pathways. The structure looks like it has always been there.

Honest scope.

If your site already has a flat pad and you only need the structure, we will quote that. If you want the full package, we will quote that too. We fit the scope to your situation.
